Week 9, Day 2

8:45 am – 15 min. brisk walk.

10:00 am – 30 minute moderate walk running errands (bought battery for pedometer)

11:45 — two sets of pushups on knees and light stretching.

Pedometer: 2200 Steps 12:00 – 1:00pm

4:30pm — scootercize in the hall and running after balls

Pedometer: 3197 steps
